We all need help sometimes, or our kids do, and Happy Valley Moms is on a mission to let everyone know that their mental health matters. We want our community to feel supported in their mental health journey and know there’s help available.   • Penn State Psychology Clinic in the Moore building, 3rd Floor, State College 814-865-2191 psych.la.psu.edu/psychological-clinic. There are services for adults and children and psychiatry for adults. There are a number of staff clinicians and grad student therapists.
